This is why she partnered with William Falu to birth Nexxus Realty. As the founding Broker she will work tirelessly to ensure all clients enter the home of their dreams. She will use her superb negotation skills to ensure her clients get the best deals possible. Kerryanne is a Queens, NY resident and native. She was educated at New York Law School.

With over three years of experience in the New York City real estate market, he has closed houses, condos, and coops in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. William has unique expertise in affordable HDFC coops which further allows low to moderate income clients to access homeownership in NYC. William is a Queens, NY resident and native. He was educated at New York University, where he studied real estate.
